The terms and conditions of the transaction are as follows:
A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 HOURS. For deposit and for payment in full I accept cash, cashiers-check,Paypal,bank wire transfers, or "drafts" from LOCAL financial institutions.
All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS of purchase. Bank or credit union financing should be secured prior to bidding and completed within the stated time. I am familiar with this process and will do all I can to work with you and your lending institution to make this go smoothly. Again, I want this to be your BEST buying experience EVER.
A $100 Processing Fee Applies.
I welcome buyer's inspections. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure that the inspection takes place before the auction ends. Buyer is responsible for inspection charges and fees.
Florida buyers pay 6% tax plus county surtax (if applicable).
For out of state buyers who take delivery at my location and drive their vehicles in the State of Florida, sales taxes applicable in their state will be collected by 4Him Auto Sales. For out of state buyers who have their vehicles shipped directly from my location, no sales tax will be collected by 4Him Auto Sales.
I can assist with shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Vehicle must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
I will provide complimentary transportation for customers flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) or St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport (PIE). I will also provide pick-up at local bus and train stations.
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
