I just purchased this one owner C230 Sport from O'brien Volvo-Infiniti in Ft Myers Florida. It is an all original car with a perfect AutoCheck and no paint work or accidents of any kind. It was purchased new at Mercedes Benz of Ft Myers and serviced ther since new up to 136k miles. I have the stamped service books to verify. I also called M.B. of Ft Myers and spoke to Wendy who just happended to be the service advisor for the original owner and she told me ALL about this car:and said he did"all services" as scheduled including all major and minor services and upkeep. She provided me with the folowing additional information. I will start in 2008 and go back: 2008-spent over 2000 doing major service and replacing the air mass sensor/replaced belts/trunk struts/rear brake pads---2007-replaced motor and transmission mounts/replaced front pads/brake fluid flush/transmission flush/power steering flush--2006 alignment--2005 universal joint--2004 shifter solenoid and pads and rotors. The books also have hand written notes as to what was done. It runs and drives as good as it looks. It is a full leather interior and the other unique sport features: monochromatic paint - sport steering wheel - sport wheels - carbon fiber trim inside instead of wood - headlight wipers. The 1998-2000 C class cars were special and some of the best M.B.'s ever built. I own tow of them- my wife drives a 1998 SLK 230 with 149,000 miles on it and my oldest daughter drives a 1999 C 230 with 131,000 on it. Awesome cars and they get over 30 MPG on the highway. It checked out great in the shop. I installed an air flow sensor and a battery. Please review all pics and my detailed feedback.
